摘　　要：在当前新医改形势下,基层医院党建如何发挥党的先锋作用和引领作用是保障医院体制改革和强化医院管理的关键。本文旨在总结本院党委通过创建"学习型、服务型、创新型"党组织,提升党建工作活力和能力,保障医院履行职责,为公众提供更优质的医疗服务。Under the current situation of new medical reform,it is the key to guarantee the reform of hospital system and strengthen hospital management that how to give full play to the vanguard and leading role of the Party building in grass-roots hospitals.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the Party committee of our hospital through establishing the Party organization of'learning type,service type and innovation type',improving the vitality and ability of party building work,ensuring the hospital to perform its duty,and providing better medical service for the public.
