血清胱抑素C检测对糖尿病肾损伤的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C(cys-C)检测对于糖尿病肾损伤的临床意义。方法选择本院糖尿病患者70例作为糖尿病组,选择同期本院健康体检人群80例作为正常对照组,采集两组新鲜血液样本并采用散射比浊法进行cys-C的测定,采用酶法进行肌酐的测定。对两组研究对象的检测结果进行比较。结果 70例糖尿病患者和对照组cys-C和肌酐的测定结果显示,糖尿病组的cys-C较正常对照组升高明显,存在显著差异(P<0.05),肌酐则升高不明显,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病早期肾损伤的评价指标方面,cys-C比血肌酐具有更好的敏感性、准确性,并且灵敏度高,操作简便,干扰因素少,可以定期检测糖尿病患者的cys-C以及时准确地提示早期肾损伤,对患者病情发展进行动态监测。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum cystatin C(cys-C)in diabetic renal injury.Methods 70 diabetic patients were selected as diabetic group and 80 healthy persons as control group,two groups of fresh blood samples were collected and measured by scatter turbidimetry for cys-C and creatinine by enzymatic method.The detection results of two groups of subjects were compared.Results The results of determination of cys-C and creatinine in 70 diabetic patients and control group showed that the cys-C in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in normal control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),but no significant difference in creatinine(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with serum creatinine,cys-C has better sensitivity,accuracy,sensitivity,simple operation and less interference in the evaluation of renal injury in early stage of diabetes mellitus,cys-C in diabetic patients can be detected regularly to prompt and accurately indicate early renal injury and to monitor dynamically the development of diabetic patients.
