摘　　要：目的探究胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的微创治疗联合饮食营养保健对骨愈合及骨密度的影响。方法对2016年4月至2017年4月我院收治的84例胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折患进行微创手术治疗,给予抗骨质疏松药物及饮食营养保健治疗,观察对比两组患者经护理5个月之后的骨愈合及骨密度状况。结果两组骨密度测定2个月内无显著差异,2个月、3个月观察研究组骨愈合情况优于对比组,3个月、5个月观察研究组骨密度优于对比组,两组骨愈合情况5个月时无显著差异。结论胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折微创治疗联合饮食营养保健有利于骨愈合及骨密度的改善。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive treatment combined with dietary nutrition and health care on bone healing and bone mineral density in osteoporotic compression fractures of thoracolumbar spine.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital 84 cases of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients using minimally invasive surgery, given anti osteoporosis drugs and dietary nutrition health care treatment, after the comparison of two groups of patients after nursing 5 months of bone healing and bone density. Results Determination of bone mineral density in both groups had no significant difference within 2 months, 2 months, 3 months to observe the bone healing study group better than the control group, 3 months, 5 months to observe the study of bone mineral density was better than the control group, both groups of bone healing 5 months showed no significant difference. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures combined with dietary nutrition and health care is conducive to the improvement of bone healing and bone mineral density.
