高效液相色谱法同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸三组分含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Extend-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇——水(55:45)(磷酸调节p H至3.2),检测波长230 nm;柱温35,进样量:10μl。结果甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸分别在21.88~218.78μg/m L、20.42~204.17μg/m L、5.04~50.4μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999、r=1、r=1)。结论采用高效液相色谱法能同时检测出新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸含量。Objective To establish the method for metronidazole and chloramphenicol in the new surface Xu by applying HPLC. Methods Using HPLC method, chromatography column: Extend-C18(250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μ m), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(with phosphoric acid adjustable p H to 2.5)(55:45), detection wavelength of 274 nm, Column temperature 40Ⅱ. Results Metronidazole showed good linear relationship in the range of 54.0 ~ 162.1 μ g/m L,r = 0.9999;Chloramphenicol showed good linear relationship in the range of 48.0 ~ 144.0 μg/m L, r = 1;Conclusion The method of HPLC can accuratly detect the content of metronidazole 、 chloramphenicol and Salicylic acid n the new surface Xu.
