十二指肠镜介入下胆道引流术治疗胆道疾病的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨十二指肠镜介入下治疗胆道疾病的护理效果。方法对我院2017年1月至2018年4月收治的行十二指肠镜下胆道引流术治疗的胆道疾病患者100例进行追溯性分析,比较患者的治疗成功率、并发症发生率、护理满意率等指标。结果治疗后观察组护理纠纷、意外事件的不良反应发生率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05),对照组护理满意率为72.00%,观察组为96.00%,两组对比,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05);观察组专科、药品、基础、病房等护理以及安全管理等均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论在十二指肠镜下胆道引流术治疗胆道疾病的过程中,科学、合理、有效的护理措施不仅能有效改善胆道疾病患者的临床症状与肝功能,还能有效提升患者的生活质量,临床应用价值极佳。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of biliary tract diseases with the intervention of duodenoscopy.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 100 patients with biliary tract disease who underwent duodenoscopy and biliary drainage from January 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital. The success rate of treatment, incidence of complications and satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared. Results After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions such as nursing disputes, accidents and death in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 72.00% and that in the observation group was 96.00%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in specialty, medicine, basic nursing, ward nursing and safety management, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of biliary drainage under the duodenoscope for the treatment of biliary tract disease, scientific, reasonable and effective nursing measures can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liver function of the patients with biliary tract disease, but also effectively improve the quality of life of the patients, and the clinical application value is excellent.
