摘　　要：目的初步探讨新建中德合作公立医院健康管理部护理队伍建设和管理的方法和规律。方法以本院和当地及周边地区的实际情况为基础,结合德方提供的先进科学的建设管理模式,针对本院健康管理部实际筹建、试运营到正常运营的整个过程进行归纳、总结和提升,形成方法和规律供探讨。结果顺利度过筹建期和试运营期,尽快进入正常运营的理想工作状态。结论在常规的过程和定性管理的基础上,结合德方专业化的目标(结果)和定量管理,加强对时效和节点的管控和优化,通过各种实用、灵活的管理和培训工具,促进新建中德合作医院健康管理部护理团队尽快达到预期管理目标,实现更加科学、有效和精细化的管理。Objective To explore the methods and rules of nursing team construction and management in health management department of newly-built China Germany cooperation public hospital. Methods Based on the actual situation of the hospital and the local and surrounding areas, combined with the advanced scientific construction management model provided by Germany, the method and regulation are summarized, summarized and promoted for the whole process of the actual preparation and trial operation of the health management department of the hospital and the whole process of the normal operation. Results It has passed the preparatory period and trial run smoothly, and entered the ideal working condition of normal operation as soon as possible. Conclusion On the basis of the conventional process and qualitative management, the control and optimization of the time limitation and the node are strengthened in combination with the target(results) and quantitative management of the German specialization, through a variety of practical and flexible management and training tools, to promote the new Sino-German cooperative hospital health management team to achieve the desired management objectives as soon as possible, to achieve more scientific, effective and meticulous management.
