摘  要:目的通过品管圈活动来降低胃管脱出风险因素。方法神经外科很多留置胃管的患者处于昏迷状态,脱管的风险因素尤其多,科室成立品管圈,选定主题是"降低胃管脱出风险因素",通过分析胃管脱出的风险因素,提出整改措施并组织实施。并观察整改措施实施后的效果。结果品管圈活动自2015年7月至2015年11月,本科胃管脱出的风险因素由原来的12.9%降低到3.1%。结论品管圈活动的开展有效地降低了胃管脱出的风险,保障了留置胃管患者的带管安全。Objective To reduce the risk factors of gastric tube prolapse through quality control circle activities.Methods Many patients with gastric tube in department of neurosurgery were in a coma,there are many risk factors for gastric tube prolapse,the department established a quality control circle and selected the theme'to reduce the risk factors for gastric tube prolapse',by analyzing the risk factors of gastric tube prolapse, the rectification measures were put forward and implemented.And observe the effect after the implementation of the corrective measures.Results From July 2015 to November 2015, the risk factor of gastric tube prolapse was reduced from 12.9% to 3.1%.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the risk of gastric tube prolapse and ensure the safety of patients with indwelling gastric tube.
