浅谈急性心梗病人的院前急诊急救与护理

摘　　要：目的研究院前急诊急救与护理措施的实施对于急性心梗患者抢救的效果。方法研究对象为本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者,共计40例,将全部患者随机分组:一组为实验组,一组为对照组,实验组患者有22例,对患者实施入院前急诊急救与护理措施,给予对照组患者没有实施入院前的急诊急救与护理措施。结果比较两组患者的抢救成功率和死亡率,实验组患者的抢救成功率显著比对照组患者要高,经比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的满意度,实验组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将急诊急救与护理措施应用在急性心梗病人中,能够显著提升患者的抢救成功率,效果佳,值得在临床工作中推广应用。Objective To study the effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment and nursing measures on acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods A total of 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and experimental group, there were 22 patients in the experimental group, the patients were given emergency treatment and nursing measures before admission, the patients in the control group were not given emergency treatment and nursing measures before admission. Results Comparing the rescue success rate and mortality rate of the two groups, the rescue success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.05), the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared, the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency first aid and nursing measures applied to patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the success rate of rescue, the effect is good, it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
