摘　　要：胆囊结石是我国的常见病、多发病,随着生活条件的改善,发病率越来越高,其中部分胆囊结石的患者合并胆总管结石,针对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的传统治疗方法均为开腹手术,开腹手术对患者的创伤和打击都十分巨大,随着社会进步和医疗条件的改善,医疗技术已经朝着精细化和微创化方向发展,开腹手术已经不符合当下的医疗时代,目前胆囊结石并胆总管结石的治疗方式取得了迅猛地发展,本文就其治疗方式作一简要的综述,以期为临床提供参考。Cholecystolithiasis is a common disease in our country.With the improvement of living conditions,the incidence of cholecystolithiasis becomes higher and higher.Some of the patients with gallstone complicated with choledocholithiasis.The traditional treatment for choledocholithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis is open surgery.The trauma and blow caused by open surgery are very great.With the progress of society and the improvement of medical conditions,Medical technology has developed towards refinement and minimally invasive,open surgery is no longer in line with the current medical era,at present,the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis has made rapid development.This article makes a brief review of its treatment,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
