摘　　要：目的研究西藏≥18岁居民尿酸与血糖、血脂相关关系,从而为控制尿酸、血糖、血脂水平,防治高尿酸血症提供有效的综合防治措施。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取2449名≥18岁西藏居民问卷调查、体格测量及实验室生化指标检测,描述尿酸与血糖、血脂之间的关系。结果西藏≥18岁居民高尿酸血症患病率为16.86%其中女性患病率为11.42%,男性患病率为23.84%。血糖、血脂各项指标水平均与尿酸呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论西藏≥18岁居民高尿酸血症患病情况严重应加强重视,尿酸水平的测定对常见慢性病的风险因素如高血糖、高血脂等评估具有不可忽视的影响,有助于控制对常见慢性病的流行。Objective To study the relationship between uric acid and blood sugar and blood lipids in Tibetan residents aged 18 years and older,so as to provide effective comprehensive prevention and treatment measures for controlling uric acid,blood sugar,blood lipid levels and preventing and treating hyperuricemia.Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select2449 Tibetan residents aged≥18 years old,questionnaires,physical measurements and laboratory biochemical indicators to describe the relationship between uric acid and blood sugar and blood lipids.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Tibetan residents aged 18 years or older was 16.86%.The female prevalence rate was 11.42%,and the male prevalence rate was 23.84%.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels were significantly correlated with uric acid(P<0.01).Conclusion The severity of hyperuricemia in Tibetan residents aged 18 or older should be emphasized.The determination of uric acid level has a significant influence on the risk factors of common chronic diseases such as hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.It helps to control common chronic diseases.popular.
