摘　　要：目的　提高对肾移植术后合并结核病的认识。方法　对近 3年来肾移植术后结核病 1 6例进行回顾性分析。结果　肺结核 1 5例 ,合并肺外结核 3例 ,气管内膜结核 1例 ,症状缺乏特异性。结论　肾移植术后容易发生结核病 。Objective To determine the possibility of illnes s with tuberculosis after receiving renal transplantion Methods Retrospective analyze 16 tuberculosis patients rece iving after occured renal transplantation in recent 3 years.Results Fifteen cases were pulmonary tuberculosis cases and thr ee of them combied with extrapulmonary tuberculosis and one combied with endobro nchial tuberculosis.Conclusion The patients who received renal transplantation are easily to get tuberculosis.
