摘 要:研究了辉光放电电流、放电电压、信号采集时间以及预溅射时间等因素对中低合金钢辉光光谱行为的影响,建立了辉光放电发射光谱法(GD-OES)同时测定中低合金钢中C,P,S,Si,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr,Ti,Al,Co和B的方法。方法具有很好的准确度和精密度。The influence of glow discharge parameters,such as discharge current,voltage and integrating time on the intensities and stability of twelve elements in middle-low alloy steels as well as the spectral behaviour of the twelve elements in glow discharge were investigatedThen a method for multi-element simultaneous determination of C,Si,Mn,P,S,Cr,Ni,Ti,Cu,Co,B,Al in middle-low alloy steel was establishedThe optimal conditions for determination were selectedThe discharge voltage and current were 1100V and 50mA respectively;the integrating time and the pre-burn time were 10s and 60s respectivelyThe method was proved to be precise and accurate
