摘  要:采用JY-ULTIMA②型等离子光谱仪,建立了用ICP-AES法测定高纯氧化钇和氧化钇铽共沉物中9种非稀土杂质的分析方法。确定了合适的分析谱线和最佳工作条件。方法简单、快速,在实际应用中获得满意结果。A method for the determination of Fe,Ca,Cu,Pb,Ni,Cr,Mg,Mn and Zn elements in high purity yttrium oxide and mixed precipitate of yttrium-terbium oxide by ICP-AES has been developedThe operation condition of the instrument was optimized and the effect of matrix was studiedUnder the optimized working condition,the detection limits for 9 elements were in the range of 003-063μg/gRecoveries of the elements were in the range of 90%-107%The elements have been determined with RSD<4% except copperThe method has been successfully applied to the determination of 9 nonrare earth impurities in highpurity yttrium oxide and mixed precipitate of yttrium-terbium oxide samples with satisfactory results
