摘  要:在生产实际中摸索低碳光谱分析的各种影响因素。试验发现 :新、旧砂带的研磨对低碳的分析结果有影响 ,其中新砂带研磨后分析结果偏高 ;电极对低碳分析的检出限也有影响 ,随着电极的不断使用其检出限会变大 ;钢中钛对低碳分析的影响 ,需要进行共存元素校正。在研究了各种因素的基础上 ,建立了低碳的工作曲线 。In this paper the factors for affecting the analysis of lowcontent carbon in steel by sparkoptical emission spectrometer have been studied according to situations on siteSamples ground by new belt and old belt have effect on analysis results and the results are higher when samples are ground by new beltDetection limit is affected by electrode,and it becomes higher while electrode is used continuouslyThe analytical results are also affected by titanium in steel and the calibration curve needs to be corrected by coexisting elementAfter researching various factors,the calibration curve is set up and is used to analyze lowcontent carbon in samples of steel making process
