摘 要:以5个不同来源的转Bt基因抗虫品种及原始受体品种为材料进行半双列杂交并构建6个F2分离群体,对半双列杂交组合、亲本和6个F2分离群体进行田间比较试验和抗虫性鉴定,分析转入Bt基因以后转基因品种抗虫性和产量性状、纤维品质的表现.结果表明:Bt基因为显性遗传,Bt基因的引入对于杂交组合的纤维品质不具有显著的影响,但对于铃数的增加具有显著影响;在不同F2分离群体中,转基因抗虫棉的校正死亡率与烂铃率显著负相关,相关系数为-0.259~-0.495,抗性的提高对烂铃数的减少、成铃数的增加具有显著作用;不同拷贝数的转基因抗虫杂交种抗虫性不存在显著差异,Bt基因不具有明显的剂量效应.The relations between insect resistance and agronomic traits, insect resistance and fiber quality were investigated through insect resistance bioassay and field test with half diallel crosses of 5 transgenic varieties (breeding lines), 6 F_2 populations and their original varieties. The results showed that Bt was dominant in the F_1 hybrids, Bt had no influence on the fiber quality of hybrids but increased the boll number of hybrids. The revised mortality coefficients were negatively significantly correlated with boll percentage, their coefficients were from -0.259 to -0.495. The boll number increased with improving insect resistance. Bt gene had no gene dosage effect because there was no significant difference in pest resistance among hybrids of different Bt copies.
