摘  要:测定了11种杀虫剂对小菜蛾幼虫、成虫及其寄生蜂菜蛾绒茧蜂和菜蛾啮小蜂成虫的LC50.杀虫剂对小菜蛾幼虫毒力大小顺序为氟虫腈>虫螨腈>多杀菌素>阿维菌素>氟啶脲>苏云金杆菌>杀虫双>灭多威>毒死蜱>杀灭菊酯.对成虫测定结果表明,氟虫腈和虫螨腈对成虫触杀效果较好,其它药剂毒力均较低,而阿维菌素和苏云金杆菌对成虫基本无杀伤力.杀虫剂对菜蛾绒茧蜂毒力大小顺序为氟虫腈>毒死蜱>虫螨腈>阿维菌素>多杀菌素>氟啶脲>杀虫双>杀灭菊酯>灭多威>苏云金杆菌;对菜蛾啮小蜂的毒力大小顺序为氟虫腈>毒死蜱>虫螨腈>阿维菌素>多杀菌素>灭多威>杀虫双>杀灭菊酯>氟啶脲>苏云金杆菌.此外,与菜蛾啮小蜂相比,菜蛾绒茧蜂对灭多威(12.5X)、杀虫双(6.81X)、阿维菌素(4.04X)的耐药性更强.据选择指数(寄生蜂LC50/成虫LC50)标准,除苏云金杆菌外,其它农药选择性较差.Differential toxicities of 11 insecticides to diamondback moth larvae were evaluated by leaf-dip bioassays, and those of its adults and parasites such as Cotesia plutellae Kurdj. and Oomyzus sokolowskii were evaluated by vial residual bioassays. The order of toxicities of 11 insecticides to the larvae of diamondback moth was fipronil>chlorfenapyr>spinosad>abamectin>chlorfluazuron>Bt.>bisultap>methomyl>chlorpyriphos>fenvalerate. The toxicities of all insecticides(except fipronil and chlorfenapyr) to the adults of DBM were low. The order of decreasing toxicities to C. plutellae was fipronil>chorpyriphos>chlorfenapyr>abamectin>spinosad>chlorfluazuron>bisultap>fenvalerate>methomyl>Bt., while for (O. sokolowskii) the order was fipronil>chorpyriphos>chlorfenapyr>abamectin>spinosad>methomyl>bisultap>fenvalerate>chlorfluazuron>Bt. C. plutellae was more tolerant to methomyl(12.5X), bisultap(6.81X) and abamectin(4.04X) than( O. sokolowskii). Based on the toxicity ratios of LC_(50) of insecticides on parasite to LC_(50) of insecticides on DBM, the selectivity of insecticides except Bt. was relative low.
