摘　　要：目的 探讨严重粉碎性Pilon骨折的治疗方法。方法 采用一期植骨、解剖形钢板与外固定器短期固定治疗22例严重粉碎性Pilon骨折。结果 22例平均随访24.6个月,骨折全部愈合。参照Mazur标准作功能评价,优7例、良10例、可2例、差3例,优良率77.3％。结论 该方法治疗严重粉碎Pilon骨折疗效较好。对严重粉碎性Pilon骨折应积极手术治疗,可一期不做关节融合术。Objective To investigate the techniques of severe comminuted Pilon fracture. Methods Twenty-two cases of severe comminuted Pilon fractures were treated by one stage bone grafting , anatomical plate and short - term external fixator. Results Twenty-two cases have been followed up for 24.6 months , all the cases recovered with good healing of the fracture , according to Mazur criteri-a, An excellent outcome was found in 7 patients , good in 10, fair in 2, pool in 3, the excellent and good rate was 77.3 % . Conclusion This techniques is effective for the treatment of severe comminuted Pilon fracture. It should be performed actively surgical treatment, the primary arthtodesis may not be generally necessary.
