摘 要:目的 叙述三种颈椎前路带锁钢板螺钉固定系统的应用情况。方法 采用CSCP、Orion和国产颈椎前路自锁钢板治疗颈椎骨折脱位、颈椎间盘突出及颈椎病、颈椎肿瘤等共33例,随访3.5~14个月。结果 33例患者均骨性融合,椎间隙高度无丢失,钢板螺钉无松动,植骨块无移位。手术总有效率95%。结论 脊髓功能的恢复与脊髓损伤程度、病变情况和手术减压是否彻底有关,与采用何种颈椎前路钢板固定无关。Objective To present the experience of using three different anterior locking cervical plate systems clinically. Methods CSCP, Orion and home anterior locking cervical plate systems were used to treat 33 patients with the cervical fracture ~ dislocations, protrusion of the intervertebral disc, or tumor of cervical spine. The patients were followed up 4.5 - 14 months. Results The 33 cases were all found fusion with no loss of intervertebral space in height, no looseness of plate screws, or no displacement of the bone graft. The total effective rate of operation was 95 % . Conclusion The recovery of the spinal cord functions has relations to the degrees of lesion, pathological changes, or depends on thorough decompression on spinal canal. It has nothing to do with the types of anterior locking cervical plate fixation.
