纳米级亚磷酸铅及纳米二盐基亚磷酸铅的制备与表征

摘  要:用微液相合成法制备了PbHPO_3超细粉末。得到的产物经粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)检测表明为纯净的PbHPO_3和2PbO·PbHPO_3·0.5H_2O。PbHPO_3粒子为均匀球形,尺度范围30nm~60nm,2PbO·PbHPO_3·0.5H_2O粒子为棒状,尺度范围(20~40)nm×(50~200)nm。Nano-lead hydrogen phosphite and nano-lead oxide phosphite hydrate were produced by a micro-liquid-phase synthesis method (MLPS method). The products were characterized by analysis of composition, XRD and TEM. And the results showed that the pure PbHPO3 is homogeneous globe with a size distribution of 30 nm similar to 60 nm, and the pure 2PbO . PbHPO3 . 0.5 H2O is ellipsoidal and bar-like particle with a size of (20 similar to 40) nm x (50 similar to 200) fin. The MLP method has the characteristics of simple reaction process, low reaction temperature, high product purity and suitability for industry production for nano-particle materials.
