摘　　要：猪生殖与呼吸系统综合征是由猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒prrsv诱发的一种接触性传染病,引起母猪流产、死胎、繁殖障碍和仔猪以及生长猪的呼吸道症状。本病自1987年在美国首次爆发后,现以在世界各养猪国家广泛存在。给世界养猪业造成巨大的损失。PRRSV自发现以来,病毒分子生物学研究飞速发展,本文就病原特性、基因组结构与表达、病毒蛋白、病毒变异及分子生物学诊断等方面对其分子生物学研究进展作一综述。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus induces sows'abortion,the death of embryos,re-productive handicap and respiratory syndrome of piglets,a contagious disease which is called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.This disease has spread all over the world since originally occurred in1987in United States.The research of molecular biology of prrsv has developed at very fast speed.This article summarizes the de-velopment of molecular biology about the characteristic,protein,variation of the pathogen and the molecular biology diagnosis.
