摘　　要：目的:了解老年人腰椎间盘突出症术后康复治疗方法,探讨老年性腰椎间盘突出症术后康复治疗效果。方法:将128例老年性腰椎间盘突出症术后患者分为两组:A组康复治疗组(74例),经超短波及系统的运动处方锻炼等治疗,与早期非系统康复治疗B组(54例)作对照,比较康复治疗组入院、术后及出院时的症状和体征改变,然后比较康复治疗组与对照组的优良率。结果:康复治疗组术后及出院时的症状和体征较入院时明显改善,随访结果康复治疗组与对照组的优良率存在显著性差异。结论:老年性腰椎间盘突出症术后康复治疗是术后恢复的重要手段。Objective:To observe the effects of rehabilitation treatment including ultra short wave and systematic exercise prescription training for the lumbar disc herniation in the elderly.Method:128cases over60years old were divided into two groups,group A(systematic rehabilitation training)and group B(no systematic rehabilitation training).Result:In group A,the effective rate of these patients with systematic rehabilitation training was different from that of group B.Conclusion:The postoperative rehabilitation treatment of the lumbar disc herniation in the elderly is an effective method to cure the lumbar disc herniation in the elderly.
