摘  要:根据流体体积法思想 ,各变量场由多相分层流动的各相可通过体积加权平均求得 ,把气体视为一种拟流体 ,首次建立了气辅共注成型过程的理论模型。该模型较真实地反映了气辅共注成型的多相分层流动充模过程 ,克服了传统气辅注射成型中气相处理的弊端。同时 ,提出了使用VOF法、罚函数法和SUPG法等方法建立与该模型相适应的全三维数值模拟算法的指导思想 。Based on Volume of Fluid(VOF) method, the theoretical model for gas-assisted co-injection molding was erected at the first time by the ideas of assuming gas as a ficitious fluid and considering that variable fields of one element can be determined by the sum of each phase's variable field of the element weighted by each phase's volume fraction. This model can truly describe the multiphase-multilayer cavity filling process in gas-assisted co-injection molding and correct the defects of traditional gas injection process. Moreover a guideline to establish the corresponding 3D numerical algorithm for gas-assisted co-injection molding process was put forward by stable element technique of VOF method, SUPG method and penalty function method. Finally some results of gas-assisted co-injection molding were offerred.
