摘  要:利用土壤柱液相色谱方法,对19种不同类型的农药和化学品在土壤柱上的保留进行了测定,并考察了流动相对保留的影响。对土壤柱液相色谱法测定的化合物的保留因子与批量平衡法测定的土壤/水吸附系数的相关性进行了研究,在条件一致的情况下,批量平衡法和土壤柱液相色谱法测定的数据间存在很好的相关性。研究表明,土壤柱液相色谱法可以用于土壤/水吸附系数的快速测定和筛选。Retention factors of 19 chemicals on soil column were measured using soil column liquid chromatographic (SCLC) method. The effect of mobile phase on retention was investigated. The results show that the retention factors of some chemicals considerably depend on the condition of the mobile phase (ie, pH and the soil solution). Correlations between retention factors of compounds on the soil column under different mobile phases and soil/water adsorption coefficients measured by batch equilibrium method were studied. The results show that a good correlation existed between the adsorption coefficients and the retention factors when the mobile phase used for soil column is close to the aqueous phase used in batch experiments. The SCLC method can be used to rapidly determine or screen soil adsorption coefficients of chemicals. 
