PEG处理对瓜尔豆种子低温萌发和成苗的影响

摘　　要：用25％的PEG分别在10℃或15℃的条件下处理瓜尔豆种子1～3天。结果表明:PEG处理后直接播种可促进瓜尔豆种子的萌发,但15℃的处理抑制了幼苗的生长;PEG处理结束后再放入0～4℃的条件下冷浸17h,可促进幼苗的生长,但15℃处理抑制了瓜尔豆种子的萌发,而10℃处理促进了种子的萌发;低温季节,浸种后再冷浸可明显提高瓜尔豆种子的活力;播前4h,10℃以上的预浸处理可减轻或避免瓜尔豆种子在吸胀阶段的低温冷害。In this paper, we used PEG-10000 to presoak the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L) for 1,2,3 days at 10℃ , 15℃ respectively. Results indicated that: PEG was able to promote the germination of the seeds that they were immediately sowed,but to restrain the growth of the seedling when the seeds were treated at IS't .PEG sped the growth of the seedling when the seeds were presoaked in 0 - 4℃ distilled water for 17 hours after being treated with PEG,but restrained the germination of the seeds when the seeds were treated at 15t while promoted at 101. In microtherm season, the vigor of the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L) could be improved obviously if they were treated for several hours at about 0℃ after presoaked.The cold injury during imbibition's period could be lightened or even avoided if the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L) had been presoaked for more than 4 hours at more than 10℃ before sowing.
