摘　　要：物流业是国民经济中的重要产业。联系实际以宏观的角度分析了中国发展现代物流的动因及主要障碍，并在此基础上提出有针对性的建议和措施，以作理论参考。Logistics Industry is an important industry in the national economy. Based on the fact in terms of macro-economics, the article studies motives and main obstructions of developing modern logistics in china ,then offers strategies as a reference of theory.
