摘  要:目的 探讨红细胞天然免疫黏附功能 (ErythrocyteInnateImmuneAdhesionfunctionEIIAF)在评价重症SARS患者对治疗的反应及判断预后的价值。方法 动态观察经临床表现、胸片及其他试验检查确诊为重症SARS患者的EI IAF在不同时期的变化 ,并与急性期患者对照研究。结果 重症SARS患者的EIIAF明显低于急性期SARS患者 ,随SARS患者病情逐渐加重 ,其EIIAF相应下降 ,EIIAF持续低水平者 ,病情也持续加重 ,因呼吸窘迫综合症衰竭死亡的患者EIIAF接近消失 ,在治疗过程中 ,病情明显好转的SARS患者其EIIAF显著回升 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 红细胞天然免疫黏附功能可灵敏地反映重症SARS患者的病情发展 ,红细胞EIIAF可作为判断重症SARS患者对治疗的反应和预后的重要指标。Objective To study the value of Erythrocytel Innate Immune Adhesion function(EIIAF) in judging the severity、effection of treatment and prognosis of serious SARS.Methods RNIAF had been used in 31 cases of serious SARS before and after treatment, 65 cases SARS in acute stage and 50 cases of healthy individuals were studied as contrastive groups.Results The ability of EIIAF in serious SARS were significantly lower than those in acute stage patients, EIIAF were decreased when the illness were being aggravated and increased while the disease recovery, There was a good relationship between EIIAF and the severity of SARS.Conclusion The changes of EIIAF may be an important index to reflect the severity and to judge prognosis of serious SARS
