复方吲哚美辛栓对手术流产镇痛及宫口松弛的效果

摘　　要：目的　研究复方吲哚美辛栓在手术流产中镇痛及松弛宫口的效果。　方法　对 15 4例早孕要求终止妊娠患者 (其中未产妇 92例 ,剖宫产史 11例 )随机分为 3组 :复方吲哚美辛栓组 5 3例、利多卡因组 5 0例、复方吲哚美辛栓 +利多卡因组 5 1例 ,观察 3组手术扩宫效果术中疼痛、术中出血、血压、心率、完全流产率及人流综合征的情况。　结果　复方吲哚美辛栓组与复方吲哚美辛栓 +利多卡因组扩宫显效率分别为 5 8 5 % (31/ 5 3)及 5 8 8% (30 / 5 1) ,扩宫效果明显优于利多卡因组 ,显效率 30 0 % (15 / 5 0 ) (P <0 0 5 ) ,复方吲哚美辛栓与复方吲哚美辛栓 +利多卡因组术中疼痛、出血、术后宫缩与利多卡因组相似 ,3组术前后血压及心率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,完全流产率均为 10 0% ,无不全流产病例。　结论　复方吲哚美辛栓在人流术中 ,具有扩张宫口、减轻疼痛、降低人流综合征的功效。Objectives To study the efficacy of local application using compound Indomethacin Suppositories in induced abortion. Methods 154 pregnant women with first trimester choosing induced abortion were allocated at random to receive compound Indomethacin Suppositories (53 cases in group A),Lidocaine (50 cases in group B),compound Indomethacin Suppositories and Lidocaine(51 cases in group C).Cervical dilatation,pain,blood loss,blood pressure,the rates of complete abortion,heart rate and reaction of artificial abortion syndrome during operation were observed. Results The efficacy of cervical dilatation in group A and group C were 58.5 %(31/53) and 58.8 %(30/51) respectively,which were obviously higher than that in group B 30 0 %(15/50)(P<0.05).Three were no significant differences in degree of pain,the amount of bleeding,blood pressure and heart rate between pre operation and post operation among three groups.The rate of complete abortion were 100 % in each group. Conclusion This study shown that local application of compound indomethacia suppositories was optimal and effective for cervical softening,analgesia and reducing reaction of artificial abortion syndrome in induced abortion.
