摘　　要：目的探讨经膝关节后内侧入路桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板固定治疗胫骨平台后内侧骨折的临床疗效。方法对21例胫骨平台后内侧骨折患者采用经膝关节后内侧入路显露骨折,行桡骨远端锁定接骨板固定。对关节面塌陷者予以自体髂骨或人工骨条植骨。术后早期膝关节康复锻炼。结果患者切口均一期愈合。无其它并发症发生。患者均获随访,时间12~32个月。术后一年根据膝关节KSS评分标准评定:优16例,良4例,可1例。结论对胫骨平台后内侧骨折采用经后内侧入路。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the knee posteromedial approach of type T distal radius locking plate fixation in the treatment of postermedial tibial plateau fracture.Methods 21 cases of postermedial tibial plateau fracture were treated by knee posteromedial approach to expose fractures of distal radius, row locking plate fixation. The articular surface collapse by autologous iliac bone or artificial bone graft. Early rehabilitation after knee surgery.Results The incision healed well. No other complication occurred. The patients were followed up for 12~32 months, time. After a year according to the KSS knee joint score standard: excellent in 16 cases, good in 4 cases, 1 cases. Conclusion The postermedial tibial plateau fracture by posteromedial approach, type T distal radius locking plate internal fixation with satisfactory curative effect.
