医院文书档案管理中PDCA循环的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院文书档案管理中PDCA循环的应用方法。方法选取本院2017年6月—2018年6月1 000份文书档案,将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统档案管理方法,观察组则采取PDCA循环法,对比两组文书档案管理有效率、文书档案管理总合格率。结果通过应用PDCA循环法后,观察组文书档案管理有效率、文书档案管理总合格率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将PDCA循环法运用于医院文书档案管理当中,有助于管理质量的提高,管理效率的提升,因而应用价值高。Objective To explore the application method of PDCA cycle in hospital documents and archives management.Methods 1 000 files from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given documents and archives management method.The observation group was given PDCA cycle method to compare the two groups of documents.Documents and archives management efficiency,total pass rate in the two groups were compared.Results After the application of PDCA cycle method,the effective rate of documents and archives management and the total pass rate of documents and archives management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method in the management of hospital documents and archives is helpful to improve the management quality and efficiency.Therefore,it has high application value.
