摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提升,健康意识和安全意识越来越高。基于这种背景,当代人们对医疗服务有了更多的需求和要求。医院工作面临着新的形式和挑战,医院行政档案管理工作是医院工作的重要组成部分,紧跟时代发展脚步做好行政档案管理对医院的建设和发展有着重大作用,有效的医院行政档案管理是医院提倡管理工作开展的基础,有助于医院文化的积累与传播,促进医疗服务质量和水平的不断提升。文章分析了医院行政档案管理的重要性,提出了一些做好医院档案管理工作的具体措施,以期为医院行政档案管理工作与我国医疗事业发展的推进提供一些参考。With the development of society,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,and health and safety awareness has become higher and higher.Based on this background,contemporary people have more needs and requirements for medical services.Hospital work is facing new forms and challenges.Hospital administrative archives management is an important part of hospital work.Doing a good job of administrative archives management in keeping with the development of the times plays an important role in the construction and development of hospitals.Effective hospital administrative archives management is the basis of hospital advocating management work and is helpful to hospital development.The accumulation and dissemination of hospital culture promote the continuous improvement of medical service quality and level.This paper analyses the importance of hospital administrative archives management,and puts forward some specific measures to do a good job of hospital archives management,in order to provide some reference for hospital administrative archives management and the promotion of medical development in China.
