床旁超声心动图于围术期麻醉管理的培训探索

摘　　要：目的了解床旁超声心动图于围术期麻醉管理的培训效果。方法选择我院2017年4月—2018年1月的60例床旁超声心动图于围术期麻醉管理患者,随机分组,对照组护士给予围术期麻醉管理床旁超声心动图操作常规培训,优化组护士进行了围术期麻醉管理床旁超声心动图操作优化培训。结果优化组患者对麻醉管理的满意度对比对照组有优势,P <0.05。护理前两组围术期患者生命体征接近,P> 0.05;护理后优化组围术期患者生命体征的改善幅度更优,P <0.05。优化组麻醉管理的质量评分更具优势,P <0.05。优化组不良事件发生率是3.33%,对照组则是20.00%。优化组不良事件发生率更少,P <0.05。结论床旁超声心动图于围术期麻醉管理患者实施围术期麻醉管理床旁超声心动图操作优化培训可获得良好效果。Objective To understand the training effect of bedside echocardiography in perioperative anesthesia management.Methods60 patients with bedside echocardiography in our hospital from April2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the perioperative anesthesia management group.The nurses in the control group were given perioperative anesthesia management bedside echocardiography routine training,and the nurses in the optimization group were trained to optimize the operation of bedside echocardiography in perioperative anesthesia management.Results The satisfaction degree of the optimized group to anesthesia management was superior to that of the control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the vital signs of perioperative patients in the two groups were similar,P>0.05;After nursing,the improvement of vital signs of perioperative patients in the optimization group was better,P<0.05.The quality score of anesthesia management in the optimized group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse events was 3.33%in the optimization group and 20.00%in the control group.The incidence of adverse events was lower in the optimization group,P<0.05.Conclusion Bedside echocardiography can achieve good results in the perioperative anesthesia management of patients with perioperative anesthesia management bedside echocardiography optimization training.
