海藻酸盐银离子敷料在老年糖尿病足溃疡中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察海藻酸盐银离子敷料在老年糖尿病足溃疡中的应用效果。方法将56例老年糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例。两组在对老年糖尿病足溃疡综合治疗的基础上,观察组应用海藻酸盐银离子敷料进行换药治疗,对照组应用无菌纱布定期换药治疗。观察两组患者的伤口愈合进展、愈合时间、换药次数和治疗总费用。结果观察组患者糖尿病足溃疡的治愈率高于对照组(P <0.05),且伤口愈合时间、换药次数、治疗总费用明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论海藻酸盐银离子敷料对老年糖尿病足溃疡有显著疗效,可加速糖尿病足溃疡伤口愈合时间,减少换药次数,从而减轻患者的经济负担,节约医疗人力资源。Objective To observe the effect of alginate-silver ion-dressing on diabetic foot ulcer of elderly patients.Methods Diabetic foot ulcer of elderly patients(n=56)were randomly divided into observation group and countrol group,28 cases in each group.The patients of observation group were treated with alginate-silver ion-dressing.The control group was regularly treated with sterile gauze.The wound healing,wound healing time,times of dressing change and total cost of treatment were observed.Results The cure rates of diabetic foot ulcer in the observation group was significantly higer than the control group.And the times of dressing change and the total cost of treatment were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion Alginate-silver ion-dressing to treatment the elderly patients’diabetic foot ulcers with significant effect.And it can accelerate the diabetic foot ulcer wound healing time,reduce the switching frequency,reducing the economic burden of patients,saving medical human resources at the same time.
