几种化合物对蚊香增效活性的筛选

摘　　要：目的寻找和开发高效的蚊香增效剂。方法以淡色库蚊为试虫,采用GB/T13917.4-2009密闭圆筒法、Peet-grady方箱法、GB/T13917.10-2009模拟现场法测定了7种化合物对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香和0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性。结果采用密闭圆筒法初筛,发现5种化合物对四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香具有增效活性,其中马来酸二丁酯增效活性最高,增效比为1.67;4种化合物对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香具有增效活性,其中水杨酸乙酯的增效活性最好,增效比为1.53。采用Peet-grady方箱法复筛,发现水杨酸乙酯和马来酸二丁酯对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香有增效活性,其增效比分别为1.11、1.10;马来酸二丁酯对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性较水杨酸丁酯好,它们的增效比分别为1.18、1.06。最后采用模拟现场法测试,发现水杨酸乙酯对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性较好,其增效比为1.08;马来酸二丁酯对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香具有较好的增效活性,其增效比为1.07。结论水杨酸乙酯、马来酸二丁酯的增效活性值得进一步研究。Objective To offer the basic information of searching and developing efficient mosquito-repellent incense synergists. Methods The synergism of seven compounds to 0. 03% dimefluthrin mosquito coil and 0. 05% chlorine fluoride ether mosquito coil were tested,according to GB / T13917. 4- 2009 hermetic round canister method,peetgrady chamber method and GB / T 13917. 10- 2009 mimic field to Culex pipiens pallensas. Results The hermetic round canister test showed that 5 compounds were synergistic to 0. 03% dimefluthrin mosquito coil,dibutyl maleate was the best one with the synergistic ratios 1. 67. 4 compounds were synergistic to 0. 05% chlorine fluoride ether mosquito coil,ethyl salicylate was the best one with the synergistic ratios 1. 53. Peet-grady chamber test displayed that ethyl salicylate and dibutyl maleate were synergistic to 0. 03% dimefluthrin mosquito coil with the synergistic ratios 1. 11 and 1. 10,respectively; Dibutyl maleate was higher synergistic to 0. 05% chlorine fluoride ether mosquito coil than butyl salicylate,their synergistic ratios were 1. 18 and 1. 06. The mimic field test indicated that ethyl salicylate was better synergistic to 0. 03% dimefluthrin mosquito coil with the synergistic ratios 1. 08. Dibutyl maleate was the only one that was synergistic to 0. 05% chlorine fluoride ether mosquito coil with the synergistic ratios 1. 07. Conclusion Ethyl salicylate and dibutyl maleate might be suggested for further research.
