摘 要:目的研究通用集装箱气密性与熏蒸剂硫酰氟浓度变化的关系。方法使用压力衰减检测法了解集装箱的气密性情况,并在箱内释放硫酰氟熏蒸剂,实时检测其浓度衰变情况。结果集装箱气密性越差,硫酰氟浓度衰减越快,呈现较为显著的负相关性。以24 h硫酰氟残留85%~90%作为判断集装箱熏蒸气密性合格的依据,经统计学分析得出集装箱内压力从50 Pa降到25 Pa的时间值为4.90~5.70 s。结论本次研究初步了解了集装箱气密性与硫酰氟浓度衰减变化规律,基本确定了集装箱硫酰氟熏蒸处理气密性检测判定的标准,为今后集装箱熏蒸作业中设定正确的投药量与时间奠定了基础。Objective To study the relationship between gas tightness of general purpose container and the decline of sulfuryl fluoride in it. Methods Using pressure decay test to know the gas tightness of container,and releasing sulfuryl fluoride into the container to detect it decaying in real-time. Results There was a significant negative correlation between the tightness and the sulfuryl fluoride decay. Sulfuryl fluoride residued 85%-90% in 24 h was considered for comparisons of container gas tightness level. Statistical analysis showed that time elapses to the half pressure of 50 Pa was 4. 90-5. 70 s. Conclusion This study preliminarily explores the relationship between gas tightness of general purpose container and attenuation of sulfuryl fluoride,and determines the assessment standard of container gas tightness with pressure decay test in fumigation by sulfuryl fluoride. It provides the basic foundation for setting the correct dosage of sulfuryl fluoride and fumigation time in container fumigation.
