摘 要:目的观察S-烯虫酯微胶囊悬浮剂对淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫现场防治效果。方法于野外现场直接投放或在野外设置的人工现场施药,观察幼虫和蛹的总密度下降率、蛹死亡率、羽化抑制率等指标。结果以0.03或0.1g ai/m3施药,对淡色库蚊幼虫的密度抑制从36 h起效,4.5 d达到顶峰,药效持续7~10d,幼虫和蛹总密度下降率分别达到81.5%和100%。以0.1和0.5g ai/m3施药,白纹伊蚊幼虫的最终成蚊率分别降至24.49%和3.92%,蛹死亡率和羽化抑制率分别为74.42%、95.35%和72.23%、95.27%,其中0.5 g ai/m3组药效能持续10 d。结论 S-烯虫酯微胶囊悬浮剂能明显抑制淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫发育为成蚊,持效期较长。Objective To evaluate the control efficacy of s-methoprene microcapsule suspending formulation against Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes alpbopictus larvae in field. Methods Total density drop rate of larvae and pupae,pupae mortality and inhibition ratio of mosquito emergence were observed after this insect growth regulator directly exposure in water of pond or artificial propagate container in field. Results In the field test,after exposuring to s-methoprene by 0. 03 or 0. 1 g ai / m3,the total density of larvae and pupae of Culex pipiens pallens was inhibited 36 h after the application,and the inhibition reached the top 4. 5 days later. Densities of larvae and pupae decreased by81. 5% and 100% respectively. In the mimic field test,at the dosage of 0. 1 and 0. 5 g ai / m3,only 24. 49% and3. 92% larvae of the field Aedes alpbopictus could develop to adults; the pupae mortality were 74. 42% and 95. 35%;the inhibition rates were 72. 23% and 95. 27%. The inhibition effect of 0. 5 g ai / m3 could last for 10 d.Conclusion Microcapsule suspending formulation of S-methoprene can significantly reduce the chance of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes alpbopictus larvae growing up to adults.
