羟哌酯凝胶驱蚊剂的制备及其药效观察

摘　　要：目的研制羟哌酯凝胶型驱蚊剂。方法以羟哌酯和卡波姆为原料制备凝胶型驱蚊剂,参照国标GB/T 17322.10-1998对其进行实验室药效测定并进行现场应用评估。结果实验室测试20%羟哌酯凝胶驱蚊剂药效,涂布剂量为1.5 mg/cm2,对人体有效保护时间为10.25 h,现场应用防蚊叮咬时间为9.75 h。结论羟哌酯凝胶驱蚊剂性质稳定,驱蚊效果持久,使用安全,易展开涂布,具有很好的应用前景。Objective To research and develop the mosquito repellent of icaridin gel. Methods Preparing gel mosquito repellent with icaridin and carbomer,evaluating the efficacy of the repellent according to GB / T 17322. 10-1998 in laboratory and field. Results Laboratory tests showed that the repellent time of 20% icaridin gel was10. 25 h against Aedes albopictus with the quantity of 1. 5 mg / cm2,field evaluations showed that the protection time of20% icaridin gel was 9. 75 h. Conclusion Icaridin gel is an ideal repellent with the advantage of stability,lasting effect,safety for using and easy for coating.
