沈阳市中华按蚊对4种常用杀虫剂的抗性研究

摘　　要：目的为了解沈阳市中华按蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,指导合理使用杀虫剂。方法按照《全国重要病媒生物抗药性监测(试行)方案(2007)》的生物测定方法要求,采用成蚊滤纸接触法进行抗药性测定。结果沈阳市中华按蚊成蚊对0.1%残杀威、0.75%氯菊酯、0.05%溴氰菊酯、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯的KT50值分别为6.845 5、11.271 6、15.983 5、17.131 6 min;中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威4种杀虫剂24 h后死亡率分别为:100%、96%、100%、99%。结论在沈阳地区中华按蚊对残杀威最为敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯已经产生了一定的抗性;中华按蚊对高效氯氰菊酯为初步抗性群体(M),对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威3种杀虫剂为敏感群体(S)。Objective To understand the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to commonly used insecticides in Shenyang. Methods Based on 'Nation's Important Vector Resistance Monitoring Scheme on Trial( 2007) ',Filterpaper contact method was employed to monitor resistance. Results The KT50 s of propoxur,permethrin,deltamethrin and beta cypermethrin to Anopheles sinensis were 6. 845 5,11. 271 6,15. 983 5 and 17. 131 6 min respectively; 24 hour mortality rates to deltamethrin,beta cypermethrin,permethrin and propoxur were 100%,96%,100% and 99% respectively. Conclusion In Shenyang,Anopheles sinensis is initial resistant( M) to beta cypermethrin,and sensitive( S) to deltamethrin,permethrin and propoxur.
