毒隐翅虫的危害与防治

摘　　要：隐翅虫是一类鞘翅目昆虫,可捕食多种农业害虫,是一类益虫。隐翅虫中少部分种类属于毒隐翅虫,接触人体后,会产生皮炎。隐翅虫皮炎病例多在8-9月的郊区发生,时段为傍晚至午夜,发生楼层较高。病例无性别、年龄、职业特异性,一般与患者所处的环境有关,隐翅虫常侵扰郊区或近郊区的集体居住、工作和学习的人群。侵害的主要部位为上半身裸露的部位。打扫室内、外卫生有助于减少隐翅虫孳生。在家中安装纱门、纱窗,以及夜晚关灯睡觉可预防隐翅虫侵袭。一旦接触到毒隐翅虫毒素,可采取多种措施进行治疗,常见的有创口清洗、药物治疗。Many rove beetles,a big family in Coleoptera,are a kind of beneficial insects feeding on varieties of agricultural pest insect. Rove beetles can adapt to various environments via a long period of evolution. However,the environmental factors have massive impact on their strain development. Only small part of rove beetles induces Paederus dermatitis after their in vivo venom exposure to human body. Paederus dermatitis is mainly epidemic in the first half night between August and September,and high layer buildings of the suburban areas. Their cases are relative to whether there are rove-beetle infestation,and yet not sex,age and occupation-specific. People collectively working,residing or studying in suburban area and outskirts are susceptible to Paederus dermatitis. The most affected human body part lies above including neck,face,upper limb and eyes area. Environment management,physical shield and turn-off-the-light action will decrease and prevent rove-beetle infestation. Once exposed to pederin,the affected areas washing,drug therapy and physiatrics are well applied for sick populations.
