摘　　要：油品装卸作业是频繁进行的一种危险性操作。分析了其作业过程中存在的危险因素和油品爆炸的条件 ,总结了火灾爆炸事故的预防措施 ,提出了油品装卸过程中的防火防爆安全措施。Petroleum loading and unloading is a dangerous operation. In this paper,the author analyzes the dangerous factors and explosion condition during the process of petroleum loading and unloading,summarizes the precaution methods of fire and explosion, gives the measures in fire control during the process petroleum loading and unloading.
