摘 要:详细分析对比了最常用的两种炼油厂能耗评价指标——单位综合能耗与单位能量因数能耗的意义、特点、应用范围以及单位能量因数能耗与能源密度指数的夫系,指出:单位综合能耗的大小与用能水平没有直接的联系,一般情况下不能用于炼油厂之间的能耗对比。单位能量因数能耗是能耗评价的一个科学合理指标,可用于各种情况下的炼油厂、联合装置等的能耗对比。如果评价体系的标准能耗是先进的,当单位能量因数能耗小于常减压蒸馏装置标准先进能耗(C_1)时,实际能耗水平领先于先进能耗;等于C_1时,达到了先进能耗水平;大于C_1时,落后于先进能耗水平。Meaning, properties and the application range of two energy consumption evaluation indexes commonly used in refinery i.e, composite energy resource consumption amount a ton of crude oil (CETC) and composite energy resource consumption amount a ton of crude oil and a energy factor (CETCF) have been analyzed and compared together with the relations between CETCF and energy resource density index. It is pointed out that CETC is independent of energy utilization level and it cannot be used to compare the energy consumption between refineries. CETCF is a scientific and reasonable energy consumption evaluation index and can be used in the energy consumption comparison between refineries and combination units. If the standard energy consumption level of an evaluation system is advanced, the practical energy utilization level of a refinery is respectively very good, good and poor when its CETCF is less than, equal to or greater than the standard energy consumption index of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
