摘 要:目的 :研究骨折修复时的钙化过程。方法采用家兔桡骨标准骨折 ,在修复的不同时期、不同部位取不脱钙骨痂进行透射电镜观察。结果 :在修复过程中骨痂有 4种方式钙化 ,即羟磷灰石出现在基质小泡、胶原原纤维、细胞外无定形基质和凋亡细胞 (及其凋亡小体 )。它们不断增多、互相融合 ,最后转变为骨组织。结论 :基质小泡来源于骨生成细胞 ,成为早期钙化灶 ,形成羟磷灰石结晶 ,基质小泡破裂、溶解还进一步创造了胶原和基质钙化的条件 ;凋亡小体也来源于上述细胞 ,是后期钙化灶 ,形成羟磷灰石。说明不仅基质小泡 。Objective:To investigate the process of calcification in experimental fracture repair.Methods:A standardized fracture of the radius was made in rabbits.Undecalcified calls from different fracture regions were subjected to ultrastractural observation under fransmision electron microscope.Results:In the course of fracture repair,There were four patterns calcification on the callus.That is,the hydroxyapatite crystals can be deposited on matrix veseles,collagenous fibril,extracellular matrix and apototic cells.They increased gradually,and finally turned into pieces of bone tissuse.Conclusion:Matrix Vesicles proceed from osteoblasts,fibrobrasts and chondrocytes became early calcific focuses and formed hydroxyapatite,and apototic bodies also proceed from these osteogenic cells became later calcific focuses and formed hydroxyapatite too.It was evidenced that not only the matrix vesicles but also the osteogenic cells were all taken part in calcification.
