排石汤治疗ESWL术后泌尿系残留结石疗效观察

摘　　要：采用排石汤治疗 ESWL 后泌尿系残留结石 5 8例 ,并与口服石淋通片治疗 4 2例对照观察。结果 :治疗组治愈 4 1例 ,有效 12例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率为 91.4 % ;对照组治愈 2例 ,有效 18例 ,无效 2 2例 ,总有效率为 4 7.6 %。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异 (u=5 .36 75 ,P<0 .0 0 1)Fifty-eight cases of residual stone after ESWL operation were treated with paishi decoction,and 42 cases treated with shilintong tablets(石淋通片) were set up as the control.Result:In the treatment group,41 cases cured,12 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.5%.In the control gruop,2 cases cured,18 cases effective,22 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 47.6%.The difference between the two groups was notable(u=5.3675,P<0.001).
