摘 要:目的 研究鼠疫菌在蚤体内的形态改变。方法 通过组织学方法及特殊的染色方法 (kassel染色法[1 ] )来准确的观察鼠疫菌的形态改变。结果 鼠疫菌黄鼠菌株进入印鼠客蚤消化道 48~ 14 4h ,初期 48h菌体由两端钝圆的小杆菌变形为椭圆形或葡萄状的小球菌 ,而且在这段时间内细菌的数量明显减少。以后鼠疫菌逐渐繁殖增多 ,细菌的形态也逐渐由过渡形态恢复至典型形态。结论 蚤体对鼠疫菌的形态有改变作用。Objective Study which Y. pestis change shapes in bodies of fleas.Methods Accurately observe shaped changes of Y. pestis by histology and special colouring methods (kassel colouring method).Results Bodies of bacteria have changed from microbaccillus with blunt-round in its both ends to ellipse shape or graped micrococcus when spermophilus strains enter alimentary of Xenopsylla for forty-eight - one hundred forty four hours and during this periods, amounts of bacteria evidently reduced. Later Y. pestis gradually breeded to increase and shapes of bacteria gradually returned from transition shapes to typical shapes.Conclusions Bodies of flas have effeets on shapes of Y.pestis.
