摘 要:目的 观察海尔福口服液对氟染毒小鼠的排氟和保护作用。方法 用小白鼠 3 0只作实验对象 ,分成 3组 :中毒组 ( 1) ,中毒海尔福组 ( 2 ) ,正常对照组 ( 3 )。 ( 1) ( 2 )组给予氟化钠溶液自由饮用染毒 ,染毒一周后 ( 2 )组加服海尔福口服液 ,( 3 )组饮用蒸馏水。实验连续 3个月 ,结束取血 ,测定血氟、血钙、肌酐、转氨酶等生化指标 ;处死动物 ,取肝肾送病理检查 (另文报告 ) ,取四肢骨测定骨羟脯氨酸 ;取粪便测定粪氟。结果 ( 1)、( 2 )、( 3 )组血氟分别为 ( 0 .0 89± 0 .0 3 3 )、( 0 .0 5 4± 0 .0 11)、( 0 .0 2 6± 0 .0 0 4)mg/L(各组比较均P <0 .0 0 1) ,骨氟分别为 ( 3 5 .5 0± 3 4.78)、( 6.48± 4.0 6)、( 5 .5 1± 4.3 9)mg/g ,粪氟分别为 ( 15 .3 3± 3 .0 6)、( 7.42± 0 .3 8)、( 2 .83± 1.10 )mg/g(中毒组与其他 2组比 P <0 .0 5 ) ,骨羟脯氨酸分别为 ( 2 0 .5 5± 3 .74)、( 2 4.0 4± 2 .5 6)、( 2 4.73± 2 .0 6)mg/g(中毒与海尔福、中毒与正常比 ,P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,血钙、血肌酐 (Cr)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)各组比较无明显差异。结论 海尔福口服液对氟的排泄有明显的促进作用 。Objective observe the effects of Haierful Oral Loquid on fluorine poisoned mice. Methods 30 healthy mice were divided into 3 groups,namely the poisoned group(Group1),Haierful-treated group(Group2) and normal control group(Group3).Compound fluorine was applied to cause fluorine poisoning.The experimeng lasted three months ,Haierful Oral Liquid was applied to Group2 after taking compound fluorine for a week,and the Group3 was taken distilled water from the beginning .After the experiment ,took blood from the eyeball,then determined the level of fluorine,calcium,Cr,and ALT.Animals were sactificed,then took the kidneys and livers for pathology examination (the report was separately ),dryed and weighted the long-bone from the legs ,hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid and determined the content of Hyproline and fluorine of the bone .Meantwhile,took the excrement and determined the content of flurine in the same way .Results In proper order from Group1 to Group3.blood F -0.089±0.033、0.054±0.011、0.026±0.004mg/L ,BoneF -35.5±34.78、6.48±4.06、5.51±4.39 (mg/g bone,compared Group1 to Group2 and Group1 to Group3 P<0.05).Bone-Hyproline20.55±3.74、24.04±2.56、24.73±2.66(mg/g bone,compared Group1 to Group2, P<0.01; compared Group1 to Group3,P<0.05). Excrement F - 15.33±3.06、7.42±0.38、2.83±1.10 (mg/g) .Couclusions The results of the experiment indicates the remarkable effects of Haierful Oral Liquid on accelerating fluorine excretion and protecting bone-collagen of the fluorine poisoning.
