孕妇及新生儿脐血总碱性磷酸酶与骨碱性磷酸酶活性的比较

摘　　要：【目的】　通过定量测定孕妇及新生儿脐血总碱性磷酸酶 (TALP)与骨碱性磷酸酶活性 (BALP) ,比较孕妇及新生儿脐血TALP与BALP之间的关系 ,探讨两者作为反映孕妇及新生儿骨代谢的标志物的临床价值。　【方法】　采用基于BALP单克隆抗体的酶免法 (EIA)和常规生化方法对 40例孕妇及其新生儿的血清进行总TALP和BALP活性定量测定。　【结果】　孕妇的TALP活性高于新生儿 [( 170 .43± 44 .0 1)单位 /L ,( 116.70± 3 8.48)单位 /L ,P <0 .0 0 1] ,新生儿的特异性BALP活性高于孕妇 [( 10 8.5 6± 5 5 .2 1)单位 /L ,( 3 7.10± 13 .0 4)单位 /L]。孕妇与其新生儿血清TALP水平无相关性 (r =0 .0 74,P >0 .0 5 )。孕妇与其新生儿血清BALP水平有相关性 (r =0 .3 5 6,P <0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　BALP是反映成骨细胞功能状况的敏感指标。血清TALP不能反映孕妇骨代谢 ,但可反映新生儿骨代谢。By directly quality the activity of the total alkaline phosphatase and bone alkaline phosphatase,to explore their relations each other and to study their clinical value in bone metabolism in mothers and their newborns,to explore their newborns. To determine total alkaline phosphatase and bone alkaline phosphatase in serum using EIA and biochemical method in 40 cases of mothers and paired newborns. Total alkaline phosphatase activity of pregnant women were higher than the activity of newborns [(170.43±44.01) U/L,(116.70±38.48) U/L, P <0.001].Bone alkaline phosphatase activity of newborns was higher than the activity of pregnant wonmen [(108.56±55.21) U/L,vs(37.10±13.04) U/L].There was a significant correlation in bone alkaline phosphatase both pregnant women and newborns( r=0.356,P <0.05).There was not a significant correlation in total alkaline phosphatase both pregnant women and newborns( r=0.074,P >0.05).[Conclusions] Bone alkaline phosphatase is a sensitive index in reflecting the activity of osteoblasts.Total alkaline phosphatase can not express the bone metabolism in pregnant women.However,total alkaline phosphatase can reflect bone metabolism in newborn.
