摘  要:【目的】 测定新生儿期血清瘦素水平 ,探讨其动态变化与胰岛素样生长因子 I(IGF I)、胰岛素等之间的关系。 【方法】 采用放射免疫分析法检测 46例健康足月儿脐静脉血 (脐血组 )、生后 4~ 6d(早期新生儿组 )、2 5~ 2 8d(晚期新生儿组 )静脉血瘦素、IGF I、胰岛素水平。 【结果】 早期新生儿组血清瘦素水平 [( 0 .5 9± 0 .43 ) μg/L]明显低于脐血组 [( 8.2 9± 6.76) μg/L] ,其下降值与此期间血清IGF I的下降值呈显著正相关 ,而与胰岛素、新生儿体重等的下降值无相关性。晚期新生儿血清瘦素水平呈逐渐升高趋势 ,其增长值与血清IGF I和胰岛素的增长值、体重的增长值呈显著正相关。 【结论】 新生儿期血清瘦素水平的动态变化与体重、血清IGF I、胰岛素等存在一定相关性 。To measure the concentration of serum leptin during the neonatal period so as to explore the relationship with insulin like growth factor(IGF I) and insulin. The serum levels of leptin, IGF I and insulin in 46 healthy neonates were measured by the method of radioimmunoassay at birth, 4~6 days and 25~28 days old. The serum leptin levels at 4~6 days of newborns were (0.59±0.43) μg/L,which were significantly lower than those at birth(8.29±6.76) μg/L,also significantly lower than those at 25~28 days of life (1.68±0.58) μg/L. The rise of serum leptin levels correlated with the body weight gain as well as with the rise of IGF I and insulin levels occurred between 4~6 and 25~28 days.The descent of serum leptin levels didn’t correlate with body weight loss, neither with the reduced levels of insulin occurred between at birth and at 4~6 days old.[Conclusions] The changes of leptin levels in the newborn period showed positive correlation with neonatal weight. It was suggested that leptin play an important role in regulation of weight and energy homeostasis in neonates and may be a regulative factor in the neonatal growth with the IGF I and insulin.
