摘　　要：结合智能交通安全系统的某些观点,利用虚拟共用信息平台可以进行有效的数据通信、融合和集成的特点,提出了基于虚拟共用信息平台的智能交通安全信息系统的思想,重点介绍了该系统的系统构成和信息传输过程。The traffic security information system is composed of the security information collection, processing and responding. A new conception of ITSIS based on the VCIP is proposed in the paper, about which the system framework and information transmitting are discussed emphatically.
