豫南地区猪场猪瘟 口蹄疫母源抗体监测报告

摘　　要：应用正向间接血凝试验对豫南地区 2 0个猪场的 85 7份血清进行了猪瘟、口蹄疫的抗体水平检测 ,猪瘟免疫合格 (≥ 1∶ 16 ) 6 34份 ,合格率为 73.98% ;口蹄疫免疫合格 (≥ 1∶ 12 8) 4 33份 ,合格率为 5 0 .5 3% ;跟踪监测2 0组猪瘟、口蹄疫母源抗体 ,结果显示 ,断奶前仔猪的猪瘟、口蹄疫抗体水平与对应母猪保持一致 ,断奶后 2 0～ 30日 。The serum samples from 20 pig farms of southern Henan province were tested for Hog cholera and Foot-and-Mouth disease.Among 857 serum samples checked sera antibody titers which were regarded as threshold of protective level for Hog cholera and Foot-and-Mouth disease were 73.98% and 50.53%,respectively. By tracking detection,the serum samples from 20 sows and piglets in pair were tested.As a result,the sera antibody titers down to the threshold of protective level in 20-30 days postwearning piglets.
