摘　　要：小靶径多靶点定向井具有靶区半径小、井斜角大、水平位移长、靶点多的特点。主要介绍了小靶径多靶点定向井的井位优选、井身剖面设计、井眼轨迹控制及安全施工技术等。中原油田近年在胡状地区部署了 10口小靶径多靶点定向井 ,通过推广复合钻井技术、应用高效PDC钻头 ,形成了一套适合该类型井的优快钻井技术 。Features small target radius, high deviation, long horizontal displace ment and multiple target points, drilling of directional wells of multiple point s in small target zone is relatively difficult. Well location selection, hole pr ofile design, well trajectory control and safety operation technology were prese nted. 10 such directional wells were planed in Huzhuang area in Zhongyuan oilfie ld in recent years, and a set of fast drilling technologies were developed which involves using of combined drilling technology and high efficient PDC bits.
