摘　　要：阐述了高层建筑重载柱在我国的研究和应用概况,对重载柱研究和设计中的关键问题进行了探讨。This paper states the research and application on columns subjected to high axial load of tall building in China.Several key issues of research and design on columns subjected to high axial load are discussed.
